Ronfalin ABS Compounds- For technical data Click here

logoABS is a compound of acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene.
ABS combines the strength and rigidity of the acrylonitrile and styrene polymer with the toughness of poly-butadiene rubber. The most important mechanical properties of ABS are impact resistance and toughness. A variety of modifications can be made to improve impact resistance, toughness, and heat resistance. By changing the proportions of its components, Perrite's Ronfalin ABS range can be prepared in over 140 different grades. Major categories include general purpose ABS for injection moulding and extrusion, high and medium impact resistance, improved gloss, matt finish and high heat resistant grades.

Glass fibers and additives can be compounded to enhance the final product physical performance and to raise the operating temperature range. Pigments can also be added, as the raw material original colour is translucent ivory to white. Flame retardant ABS is a major product category of the Ronfalin brand with UL V0 and 5VA grades available with a range of viscosity, impact and vicat heat resistance properties.
